STIRLING stands at the heart of Scotland geographically and historically. It is strategically placed with easy access to Glasgow, Edinburgh and the North by road or rail. Both main airports are also easily reached.

STIRLING is most famous for its historic castle perched on a crag overlooking the city. We also have the National Wallace Monument celebrating the life of William Wallace and the Bannockburn Heritage Centre marking King Robert the Bruce's famous victory. New attractions include The Old Town Jail and Argyll's Lodging.

STIRLING also offers many modern amenities such as a large covered shopping area, swimming pool, ten-pin bowling, skating, golf and, not far away, the Blair Drummond Safari Park.

STIRLING is an easy place in which to feel close to Scotland's history, whether you visit the city or use it as a base to see the beautiful countryside or cities beyond.
